Moje jméno je Andrés Martínez, pocházím z Mexika a v realitách jsem od roku 2010
Jmenuji se Andrés Martínez a v roce 2010 jsem začínal jako realitní makléř v RE/MAX Mexico v Mexico City, kde jsem se po nějaké době dostal k příležitosti stát se ředitelem a manažerem školení pro celý region. Díky tomu jsem získal cenné znalosti a zkušenosti, které mě přivedly ke skvělým mentorům, za což jsem a vždy budu hluboce vděčný.
V roce 2016 jsem se přestěhoval a přidal se k mezinárodní společnosti Keller Williams. Nejprve jsem působil jako výkonný asistent ve školicí divizi a později jsem založil pobočku v Queretaro v Mexiku, kde jsem působil jako výkonný ředitel a Team Leader.
Byla pro mě velká čest, když jsem byl v roce 2018 zvolen regionálním ředitelem a výkonným ředitelem celé sítě Keller Williams Mexiko. Na této pozici jsem působil do června roku 2020.
V současné době žiji v České republice, kde jsem řídicím partnerem pobočky Keller Williams Metropolitan v Praze, Team Leadrem na dálku v kanceláři Keller Williams El Faro v Mexiku a také konzultantem pro síť Keller Williams Czech Republic.
Po 13 letech zkušeností v realitním oboru jsem hrdý na to, že mám klienty, kteří mi ukázali, že loajalita zákazníků je založena na standardech, které reprezentujete.
Je mi také nesmírnou ctí, že mám příležitost nejen pomáhat klientům najít ideální nemovitost, ale také pomoci více než 5 000 realitním profesionálům s rozvojem jejich podnikání a příjmů a dalším mnoha lidem prostřednictvím virtuálních školení, konferencí, koučování a konzultací ve 4 různých zemích a mnoha dalších.
Velké poděkování patří všem, kteří byli součástí mého růstu, a díky také všem, kteří mi dovolují být součástí toho svého.
Být realitním makléřem znamená uskutečňovat sny ostatních a díky tomu plnit ty své.

I started in 2010 in Mexico City as part of RE/MAX Mexico, where eventually I would be invited by the national corporate and appointed the National Training Director or Manager, experience that gave me the fundamentals and basic knowledge and brought me closer to meet great mentors who not only made me grow professionally but also as a person such as the Felgueres family to whom I will always be deeply grateful.
In 2016 I changed cities and with it I eventually took a turn in my real estate career thus joining the also international family of Keller Williams. First as Executive Assistant of the Department of Education directed then by the co-founder of KW México, Lic. Teresa Anderson, then I started the Market Center of KW Central Juriquilla in Queretaro, México; where I served as Team Leader while managing the national Vendor Network area for the KW Mexico corporate.
Later, from April 2018 to June 2020 I had the immense honor and privilege of being elected as the Regional Director or National Director of all KW Mexico.
I currently reside in the Czech Republic where I am the Operating Principal of the KW Metropolitan Market Center in the beautiful city of Prague and a virtual and remote Team Leader of KW El Faro, in Mazatlán, Mexico. As well as a consultant for this region in Europe.
In these 13 years of experience in the real estate sector, I have been proud to have clients such as the Loaiza and Hernández families, and so many others who have shown me that customer loyalty is based on the standards you represent. Thank you for these years of absolute trust.
In these years I have been immensely blessed to have the opportunity not only to support satisfied clients to find the ideal property but also to help more than 5,000 real estate professionals to develop their businesses, their income and their person through providing training, conferences, coaching and consultancies in 4 different countries and many more countries in a virtual way.
